A vendor of high–end, integrated home entertainment equipment and services with over 500 users in 40 locations.

Challenge
The client had an MPLS WAN in place, but wanted to add VoIP across 38 states and to over 500 users. Further, since a great deal of their business is through call centers, they needed a proven ACD and a predictive dialing system for outbound calls.

Solution
Smoothstone delivered a new MPLS network with Cisco equipment down to the IP phones on the desktop. Additionally, they now have access to Smoothstone´s full suite of on–demand voice services, a hosted call center solution and a customized power dialing system.

Benefits
Smoothstone was able to provide a secondary Managed MPLS WAN as a failover to the client´s existing WAN and layered voice and services throughout the company. Their call flow, recording, and monitoring was completely handled by our hosted call center application, which scaled easily with the size of their enterprise.
