A full service engineering firm, specializing in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, infrastructure, and aquacultural engineering with over 100 employees located across five geographically–dispersed locations nationwide.

Challenge
The client was moving its headquarters and came to the realization that their PBX had reached the end of its life (10+ years old). Their sole IT person was simply unable to handle the transition and the four other geographically–dispersed locations simultaneously.

Solution
The client had an existing relationship with MASERGY, a Smoothstone network partner, so it was very easy to layer our voice services across their existing MPLS network.
