A law firm specializing in counseling employers in situations regarding the workplace with over 250 users in 16 locations across the country.

Challenge
The client faced problems that many mid–size enterprises experience–high costs from managing multiple PBXs, carriers and instances of management software. They wanted more visibility and control over their current WAN environment. All this was critical, but their two–man IT staff was not up to the tackling these needs alone.

Solution
Smoothstone delivered a new MPLS network with Cisco equipment down to the IP phones on the desktop. Additionally, they now have access to Smoothstone´s full suite of fully managed, on–demand voice services.
