Challenge
Rapid growth by acquisition left the client burdened by disparate phone systems that required local maintenance contracts to keep them running. Intra–company communication costs were exorbitant, and they had run out of available ports in the corporate HQ. Their four–person IT staff was ill–equipped to manage the communications needs of 30 locations and over 800 users. The client wanted a way to reduce the overall cost of ownership, unburden their IT staff and increase scalability for future growth.

Solution
