Challenge
The client´s outdated PBX system had outlived its usefulness, they wanted an affordable, scalable IP–based solution that could deliver new enterprise–grade communications features, but lacked the internal IT support to make the move. Additionally, since the company´s headquarters is located in South Florida, business continuity/disaster recovery capabilities were important.

Solution
Smoothstone delivered a new MPLS network with Cisco equipment down to the IP phones on the desktop. Additionally, they now have access to Smoothstone´s full suite of fully managed, on–demand voice services.
