Challenge
It was no small irony that the largest satellite television provider in
the Southwest was so remotely located that vendors even couldn´t reach
them to establish a converged communications network. The client´s
multiple locations contained disparate phone systems, making day to day
communications difficult. The company´s growth also meant they
desperately needed an enterprise call center platform for their growing
customer service needs.
Solution
Smoothstone delivered a new MPLS network with Cisco equipment down to
the IP phones on the desktop. Now, they have access to Smoothstone´s
full suite of on–demand voice services, a hosted call center solution
and a customized, integrated IVR platform.

Not only was Smoothstone able to provide services to the clients remote
locations, we were able to provide them with a solution that would
allow them to unify their communications infrastructure. Understanding
their unique needs, we customized an IVR platform that could work with
their new platform–a service born out of their needs, not our existing
product/service applications. With our hosted call center solution, the
client received advanced call flow routing, recording and the most
detailed monitoring tools available.
