Challenge
The clients´s on–premise IP PBX was only 6 months old, but had managed to frustrate the organization by being “not user friendly” and difficult to manage. The organization hated it. The IT Department was under a lot of pressure to reverse a bad decision in purchasing the IP PBX. Jobs were in jeopardy and they needed to make sure their next decision was the right one.

Solution
Smoothstone delivered a new managed MPLS network with Cisco equipment down to the IP phones on the desktop. Additionally, Smoothstone provided access to a full suite of on–demand voice and data applications.
