When you have been supplying enterprise-class IP communications solutions as long as we have (since 2000), you learn that every client is different. We also understand that companies want the best of both worlds: to minimize their communications costs (the Total Cost of Ownership or TCO of their communications infrastructures), while still enjoying the best features and service.
This is why, at the beginning of our process, we explore each client's business processes before we design a solution. We then use our proprietary TCO tool to help each client calculate the total cost of its current communications infrastructure. We compare this current TCO to that of our proposed solution, as well as to the TCOs of other alternatives they may be considering. In most cases, we prove that our solution delivers the best communications capabilities at the lowest TCO.
