TELECOM Association honors Smoothstone with four industry excellence awards
LOUISVILLE, Ky; Las Vegas, NV (March 13, 2008) — Telecom Association (TA), a national membership organization comprised of 3,500 telecom channel and distributors, honored Smoothstone IP Communications with four awards recognizing industry excellence at the annual Las Vegas industry trade show.
“Once a year, the members of Telecom Association recognize the vendors doing the best job providing service to end-users through telecom channel partners,” stated Nancy Baldwin, President of Telecom Association. “Winning in four different categories evidences that Smoothstone is delivering on their value proposition,” Baldwin continued. “Our members are very careful with their votes and they only honor those industry vendors that have satisfied our members´ customers.”
The awards Smoothstone won include “Top 5” in the “SIP Trunks” category and “Top 10” in the categories of “Hosted VoIP”, ”IP-PBX” and “Managed Services”. TA members have the option of voting for any vendor in the industry in each of eleven categories, Baldwin concluded. “It“´s quite a testament to Smoothstone´s ability to professionally provision IT services that our members repeatedly voted for Smoothstone in such a competitive marketplace.”
