Smoothstone Streamlines Communications for Eminent National Law Firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith
Louisville, Ky (October 12, 2009) — Constangy, Brooks & Smith LLP, a national labor and employment law firm specializes in counseling employers on a wide variety of workplace situations. With over 250 employees in 19 offices across the country, its own workplace needed assistance when it came to its communications platform.
The firm´s IT team spent a tremendous amount of time managing their many different technologies for telephone and wide area network connectivity. It was clear that the mix of systems through multiple carriers had become complex, difficult and expensive. In examining solutions to each of their systems it became clear that there would be many benefits to replacing their existing infrastructure with a comprehensive solution.
