develop a solution from the desktop to the network core and plan for network QoS
and bandwidth demand to ensure optimal performance.
Implementation
Once a solution is agreed upon, dedicated
Smoothstone project managers take responsibility for the installation of all
circuits and equipment. They provide a single point of contact for you and your
IT staff during rollout and coordinate everything from equipment delivery to
number porting. After everything is in place, they work with your IT staff to
conduct complete administrator and user training.
Management
Once your solution is activated,
Smoothstone seamlessly blends support and control the way mid–sized enterprises
want it. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) maintains all applications and
services, including proactive QoS and security monitoring and management of all
underlying network providers. Smoothstone´s powerful web–based portals provide
your IT organization with the visibility and control they want, ensuring every
aspect of the solution is aligned to their business
needs.
