Voice Management - Call Detail Reporting - VoiceStalk™

Smoothstone's proprietary call reporting platform -- VoiceStalk -- enables you to monitor your enterprise's total calling activity: local and long distance, inbound and outbound, intra-company and external.

The data is categorized by individual DID and summarizes the cost and minutes of every received and placed call to and from each DID. You can use specific queries to subdivide and analyze the data down to each individual call. You can also summarize the data by the external number called for outbound calls or the external number called for inbound calls.

Uses for VoiceStalk call reporting data:
  • Monitoring and management of outbound telephone sales organizations or other entities that place large numbers of outbound calls and need to track them.

  • Measurement and management of inbound customer service organizations and call centers or any entities that receive large numbers of inbound calls.

  • Simultaneous monitoring, measurement and management of both of the above, for companies whose voice communications with their customers, suppliers and business partners are critical to their
    businesses' success.

Smoothstone's VoiceStalk application provides you this information through a secure Web portal. The on screen reports contain hyperlinks for easy data drill downs. You can also copy reports into a spreadsheet for
further analysis.
