Personal Conference Line (PCL)
Give your busy executives and sales teams a personal conference line
that is always there, ready for use. There are no calls to third party
operators and no pre–call set up required.

  access numbers and separate PIN numbers, which can be changed at
  anytime.

On Demand Conferencing
As an included feature with Smoothstone Complete, On Demand
conferencing allows employees to initiate a conference call right from
their Smoothstone IP phone. Bridge as many as five parties together, on
the fly.

MeetMe Conferencing
Another feature of Smoothstone Complete, MeetMe conferencing is ideal
for scheduled calls with 4 to 10 participants. Using the Smoothstone
Phone Control Web Portal, you can set up a one–time or a recurring
MeetMe conference call. The participants will receive an e–mail
informing them of the date, time, phone number to call and guest ID to
use to join the conference.
